  • Environment Configurations: We save the connection details for your Maximo environments, including Hostnames, Ports, and Tenant IDs.
  • Encrypted Credentials: Your Maximo API Keys are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before being stored. We cannot access your raw API keys; they are only decrypted ephemerally during active server-side operations (such as connection testing or token generation).
  • Technical Logs: We may collect logs related to connection attempts and errors for debugging purposes.
  • Payment Information: We do not store your credit card details or financial information. All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment providers. We only retain records of your subscription status and transaction history as needed for billing support.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely for the purpose of:

  • Facilitating the connection between your AI agents and your Maximo instances.
  • Providing you with dashboard analytics regarding your environments and tokens.
  • Authenticating your access to the Portal.
  • Processing subscription payments and managing billing accounts.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your environment configurations and encrypted credentials only for as long as you maintain an active account. You may delete an environment at any time, which immediately removes its configuration and associated credentials from our database.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Portal:

  • Clerk: Used for authentication, user management, and billing integration. Use of Clerk is subject toClerk's Privacy Policy andTerms of Service.
  • Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, via Clerk) to handle financial transactions. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

By using our Service, configuring an environment, or generating an access token, you consent to our privacy policy and agree to the data collection practices described herein.
