Maximo MCP Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Maximo MCP Portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a management interface for Maximo MCP Server integrations, allowing users to configure environments, manage API tokens, and facilitate communication between AI agents and IBM Maximo instances.

3. Liability Disclaimer & User Responsibility

You expressly understand and agree that the Service acts solely as a conduit for commands and data between your AI agents and your specified Maximo environments.

No Responsibility for Server Impact: We (the Provider) are not responsible for any changes, modifications, deletions, or corruptions of data that occur on your Maximo environments as a result of using this Service.
User Responsibility for Costs: You are solely responsible for any costs, fees, or resource usage charges incurred on your infrastructure (including but not limited to IBM Maximo SaaS, cloud hosting providers, or API quotas) as a result of commands executed via this Service.
Command Execution: You acknowledge that AI agents may generate unpredictable commands. You accept full liability for all actions performed by agents using tokens generated through this Portal.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, environment API keys, and generated access tokens. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
